How to Download the Meesho Returns Report

What it is

• Every return with its type: Customer Return or Courier Return (RTO).
• The return AWB, courier, and the date the parcel reached you. You need these to raise claims.

Steps

1. Sign in to the Meesho Supplier Panel.
2. In the left menu, open Returns. The page is called Return/RTO Orders.
3. Open the Return Tracking tab, then the Delivered tab.
4. Click the files ready button at the top right, then Export Data. The file takes a few minutes to prepare.
5. When it appears under Exported Files, click Download.
6. To include returns still on the way, open the In transit tab and repeat steps 4 and 5.

Tips

• If Meesho asks for a period, choose the last 6 months, not the last 2 weeks, so returns for older orders are included.
• Leave the Return Type filter empty before exporting, so the file includes both customer returns and RTO.
• Most returns reach you 1–3 weeks after dispatch, some up to about 6 weeks.
