How to Download the Meesho Payment Report

What it is
- Payments to Date: every payment Meesho has made, order by order, with shipping, return charges, ads, TCS, TDS, claims and recoveries.
- Outstanding Payments: orders not paid yet.
Steps
- Sign in to the Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Open the Payments tab and click Download.
- Choose Payments to Date, set the payment dates, and download.
- Choose Outstanding Payments and download.
Tips
- Choose payment dates from the 1st of the order month to about two months later, so returns and late payments are included.
- On the phone app, the file may download with a .pdf name. It's actually a zip file. Add it to Reconciliation as it is.
- Don't open and re-save the file in Excel. Re-saving can change numbers and dates.

What's inside the payment file?
Four sheets: Order Payments, Ads Cost, Referral Payments, and Compensation and Recovery.
Why does one sub-order have more than one row?
A sale, a later return and some small fees are paid as separate rows. Reconciliation adds them up for you.
Do I need the GST report too?
No. It's useful for tax, but not needed to check payments.
