How to Download the Amazon Seller-Fulfilled Returns Report

What it is
- Every return on your Easy Ship and Self Ship orders, with the refund amount and return date.
- It also shows when Amazon charged you for the return label.
Steps
- In Seller Central, open the menu (☰), then go to Site map.
- Under Orders, open Seller fulfilled return reports.
- Choose All Returns.
- Choose Exact dates, from the 1st of the order month to about two months later.
- Click Request, then Download XML when it's ready.
Tips
- If a long range is refused, split it into two requests, for example two months and then one month.
- Returns arrive late, so always include about two months after the order month.

Why is the file XML?
That's the format Amazon gives. Keep it as downloaded; Reconciliation reads it as it is.
What is the return label cost?
