How to Download Amazon FBA Returns, Reimbursements and Storage Reports

What it is

Three reports that show what happened to your FBA returns, what Amazon paid you back for lost or damaged stock, and your monthly storage fees.
You need them only if you use FBA.

In Seller Central, open the menu (☰), then go to Supply chain → Supply chain reports.
FBA customer returns: under Customer Concessions, open FBA customer returns, go to the Download tab, choose the dates, then request and download.
Reimbursements: under Payments, click Show more, open Reimbursements, go to the Download tab, choose the dates, then request and download.
Monthly Storage Fees: under Payments, open Monthly Storage Fees, choose the Event Month, then request the .csv download.

For returns and reimbursements, choose the 1st of the order month to about two months later.
For storage, choose the order month.
You don't need Aged Inventory Surcharge, Inventory Ledger, Removal reports or Replacements. Their money is already in your settlement reports.

Do I need these if I don't use FBA?

No. Easy Ship and Self Ship sellers can skip them.

When is the storage fee charged?

Amazon charges each month's storage in the following month's payments.

What does the reimbursements report show?

Money Amazon paid you back for FBA stock that was lost, damaged or not returned.
