How to Download the Amazon All Orders Report

What it is
- A list of every Amazon order in a date range, FBA and self-ship, with its status: delivered, shipped, cancelled or returned to seller.
- The settlement report lists only orders that were paid. This report also shows the orders that weren't.
Steps
- Sign in to Amazon Seller Central.
- Open the menu (☰), then go to Orders → Order reports.
- Open the All Orders tab.
- Set Type of report to Order Date.
- Choose Exact dates and pick the month you want to check.
- Click Request, wait a few minutes, then click Download.
- Keep the .txt file exactly as downloaded.
Tips
- Amazon allows about 30 days per report. If a full month is refused, request the 1st–15th and the 16th–end separately.
- FBA and self-ship orders come in the same report. You don't need a separate FBA orders file.
Check your payments automatically
- Add this report together with your settlement files to Reconciliation in Ecommerce Tools.

Questions
Why do I need this if I have the settlement report?
The settlement report lists only paid orders. The All Orders report lists every order, so you can see which ones were cancelled or are still waiting for payment.
Does it include FBA orders?
Yes. FBA and self-ship orders are in the same report.
Some order IDs start with S02-. What are they?
Those are Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders sent from your FBA stock for other channels. They aren't Amazon sales, so they have no Amazon payment.
