How to Download the Meesho Orders Report

What it is

• Every sub-order placed in a date range, with its status: delivered, cancelled, RTO or exchanged.
• It shows orders that never got a payment, which the payment file can't.

Steps

1. Sign in to the Meesho Supplier Panel.
2. In the left menu, open Orders → Manage Orders.
3. Click Download Orders Data at the top right.
4. Click Select Date Range and choose the From and To order dates.
5. Click Export data. The file takes a few minutes to prepare.
6. When it appears under Exported Files, click Download.

Tips

• The range can't be more than one month. To check a month of orders, choose the 1st to the last day of that month.
• Customer returns still show as "Delivered" in this file. The payment file and returns file show which orders were returned.
• Need a tax invoice instead? That's under Payments → Download, not here.
