How to Download Flipkart Settled Transactions, Orders and Returns Reports

What it is

Settled Transactions: every payment for every order item, with Flipkart's fees, TCS and TDS. One report per month.
Orders: every order item with its status: delivered, returned or cancelled.
Returns: whether each return was a customer return or a courier return (RTO).

Sign in to Flipkart Seller Hub.
Go to Reports → Request New Report.
Settled Transactions: under Payment Reports, choose Settled Transactions, pick the month, then request and download. Repeat for the next month.
Orders: under Fulfilment Reports, choose Orders, pick the order dates, then request and download.
Returns: under Fulfilment Reports, choose Returns, pick the dates, then request and download.

A sale and its return can be paid in different months. Download Settled Transactions for the order month and the month after.
Flipkart's Profit and Loss report (under Payment Reports) shows how much is already paid and still pending for each order.

Why one Settled Transactions file per month?

Flipkart creates this report by payment month, so a month's orders can be paid across two files.

What is a logistics return?

It's Flipkart's name for a courier return (RTO), when the parcel comes back without being delivered.

Is the Profit and Loss report enough on its own?

It's a good summary, but Settled Transactions shows every payment line.
